City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan) does not authorise any agencies or individuals to conduct admissions or issue offers on its behalf. The University does not operate any form of  "internal recommendation" mechanism. All applicants to the international undergraduate programmes must submit their application materials directly to the University. Admissions decisions are made strictly in accordance with the University's prescribed admission criteria and procedures to ensure the selection of outstanding candidates.

In accordance with the regulations of City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan), any applicant found to have submitted falsified documents or engaged other improper practice to obtain admission will be subject to immediate expulsion.
